Most carpets are dry to the touch within 2–4 hours and fully dry within 6–12 hours, depending on humidity, airflow and carpet type. We'll walk you through drying tips before we leave.

We do wherever possible — give us a call and we'll always try to fit you in as quickly as we can, including same-day and next-day appointments.

No. There are no call-out fees — you only pay for the service completed, and always at the price you were quoted.
